  • I’ve got sensitive skin, can I use D’Choudens Soaps?

  • We offer different soaps for different skin types: sensitive, dry, and combination skin. You should choose the one that meets your skin’s needs best.

  • Can I use the same soap for face and body?

  • No. It all depends on your skin type. Some people can use the same soap and that’s totally harmless on them. However, it’s important to use suitable soap for different parts of the body since the skin is not the same in all parts of our body, mainly the face that is always uncovered and exposed. 

  • Can D’Choudens Soaps be used daily?

  • Yes, you can. However, we have different options according to each skin type. Every soap comes with a brief description of their different properties and benefits to each type of skin.

  • Are D’Choudens Soaps safe to be used on babies and children?

  • D’Choudens Soaps are safe for everybody, however, its use is not recommended for children under 2 years old. 

  • Which are the main ingredients of D’Choudens Soaps?

  • The main ingredients of our soaps are glycerin, essential oils, and natural fragrances. 

  • How long will my soap last? Will its fragrance fade away?

  • It will depend on how much you use it, however, it usually lasts for about three weeks and it keeps its fragrance until the end. 

  • Are D’choudens Soaps pH balanced?

  • Yes, all of our products are pH balanced. 

  • Are your products or any of their ingredients tested on animals?

  • None of our ingredients or products are tested on animals or any other living creature. 

  • Can I choose the fragrance of my soap?

  • Yes, as long as you order two weeks in advance. You can choose from a list of natural and organic fragrances. 

  • Can I order a customized soap?

  • You can. But you have to contact us before placing your order to agree on the quantity requested and other details of the customization. 

  • Is there a store where I can see and buy your products?

  • We’re exclusively online. All our products are carefully hand-made and packaged. Each bar is special for us, that’s why there’s no mass production of our soaps. 

  • How do I place an order?

  • You can order online by selecting from the list of the products we have available and in stock for purchase. If you need large quantities you can always e-mail us to agree on the details of your order. 

  • Which shipping methods do you use? How long does it take to receive my product?

  • We make our deliveries by standard mail or FedEx. However, due to the COVID pandemic, some deliveries may be delayed. You’ll get a shipping number for you to track your package throughout the way. Once we dispatch the product, we have no control over the time they take to deliver it. 

  • Which payment methods do you accept?

  • You can pay by PayPal or any of the most widely used credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
