We are committed to processing and shipping your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States and Puerto Rico.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing and delivery may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method selected.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your tracking information has not updated after several days or your package appears delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first.

Multiple Shipments

For logistical reasons, items purchased in the same order may occasionally be shipped separately. If this happens, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at dsoapgallery@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • Photos of the damaged item.
  • Photos of the shipping package.

We will review your request and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Shipping Address

Please verify that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

D’CHOUDENS SOAP GALLERY is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States and Puerto Rico.
