Refund & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at D’CHOUDENS SOAP GALLERY.

Because our soaps and body care products are personal care items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at dsoapgallery@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can review your request.

If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong or a damaged item.
